The staff were so helpful, recommending great places to visit in Eastern Sicily. The bathroom amenities smelled amazing, like a mix of black amber and orange blossom. The hotel is conveniently located near Castello Maniace and Piazza Duomo.
Oh, and let's not forget the "delightful" experience of being surrounded by flies during breakfast.

The guestrooms at Palazzo Salomone are absolutely amazing. The premium bedding makes you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, and the laptop-friendly workspace is a great bonus for business travelers like me. The air conditioning is also a lifesaver in the summer heat. Plus, having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room is a nice touch.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the double room. But hey, that's just me.

Fantastic location, surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Public parking 10 min walk away. Sleek design with a view from the internal garden. Super polite staff, impeccable cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable beds. Michelin restaurant on-site. In the heart of the charming old town. Highly recommended for a stay in this historic area.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful historical town. The location was fantastic for exploring and the view from the internal garden was simply breathtaking. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The welcome fruits in the room weren't fresh, but I understand that everything is organic.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at a hotel in the heart of historic downtown. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and cozy with great amenities. Loved waking up in the mornings to a wonderful breakfast and breathtaking views of the town. The hotel was within walking distance to all the key locations that we wanted to visit.
There were a few downsides to our stay. One of the major setbacks was the lack of soundproofing, which meant we had to bear with loud music and chatter from the lobby till past midnight.

I got great value for my money at Palazzo Salomone. The room was excellent and the location couldn't have been better. The staff treated me like a VIP throughout my stay.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, maybe more variety in the options.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
We had a few problems during our stay. the curtains in our room didn't let in any natural light which was really frustrating.

Palazzo Salamone’s team provided attentive care during our stay. The hotel is located in a beautifully-restored traditional building in the heart of the old town. Our modern and comfortable room had excellent amenities. The breakfast served at the hotel was outstanding. The staff were outstandingly polite, kind, and friendly. The cleanliness of our room was perfect and the bed was super comfy. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the charming main square and the nearby seaside. I sincerely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the old town.
Nothing negative to say 😊.

The luxurious amenities and outstanding staff service at this hotel surpassed our expectations. The spacious rooms and exclusive in-room breakfast were just a few of the many advantages of our stay. The restaurant had exceptional special diet menus and served delicious dinner options. The quiet location and easy walking access to all areas of interest and local restaurants made this hotel an amazing choice for us.
Walking up to the first floor was a bit of an issue as the staircase had a completely dark section that needed more lighting for safety. Another minor inconvenience was the living room curtains in our suite opened directly into the public hallway and the bedroom curtains barely opened, so there was no natural light available.

Everything great.
